Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and acceptance

WERRO ("we", "the platform", "the Operator") is a marketplace platform that connects clients (event organisers) with artists providing services (DJs, photographers, videographers, MCs, bands).

By creating an account or using the WERRO platform, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, do not use the platform.

2. WERRO account

Users (clients and artists) must register with real and accurate details. Falsifying details leads to the suspension or deletion of the account.

Minimum age for registration: 18 years
A user may hold a single active account
Your account password is your sole responsibility
Accepting the Terms is mandatory at registration
The account may be suspended in case of abuse, fraud or breach of these terms

3. For clients (Beneficiaries)

As a client on the WERRO platform:

You send booking requests to artists
Once the artist confirms the booking, you agree on the payment method directly between you
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the event
You have the right to cancel the booking in line with the cancellation policy (Section 6)

4. For artists (Providers)

As an artist on the WERRO platform:

You list your profile, photo/video gallery and service packages free of charge
Registering and using the platform is 100% free during the launch period
Payment is agreed directly between you and the client, according to your arrangement
You are responsible for delivering the services at the quality and on the terms agreed
Your profile becomes visible after registration; the "WERRO Verified" badge is granted after review by our team
You may not send booking requests to your own profile

5. The service contract

For every confirmed booking, WERRO generates a digital contract signed electronically by both parties. This contract:

Has full legal force under Law no. 455/2001 on electronic signatures
Is available in the user's account for download and printing
Sets out all event details, the total price and the agreed terms
Constitutes proof of the agreement between client and artist

6. Cancellation policy

Cancellation by the client:

More than 30 days before the event: 100% deposit refund
Between 7 and 30 days before: 50% of the deposit refunded
Less than 7 days before: the deposit is non-refundable

Cancellation by the artist:

Reasons other than force majeure: full refund plus compensation of 50% of the deposit, borne by the artist
Documented force majeure: full refund, with no additional compensation

Refunds are processed according to the arrangement between the client and the artist.

7. Reviews and conduct

Reviews may only be left by clients whose bookings have the status "Completed". WERRO moderates reviews containing defamatory language, demonstrated untruths or personal attacks.

Users who abuse the platform (spam, harassment, fraud) will be suspended without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

WERRO is an intermediary platform. We are not a party to the contract between client and artist and we do not guarantee the quality of the services provided by artists.

WERRO's liability is strictly limited to the operation of the digital platform.

9. Changes to the Terms

The Terms may be amended with notice by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after the effective date means you accept the new terms.

10. Contact and applicable law

This contract is governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably or before the competent courts in Romania.
