Cancellation policy
Avansul se returneaza doar daca evenimentul nu mai poate avea loc, caz de forta majora. Clauzele de forta major vor fi stipulate in contract.
If the artist cancels for reasons other than force majeure, they refund the deposit in full and owe damages of 50% of the deposit; if they fail to show up, the damages equal the deposit. These rules are fixed in the contract and the artist cannot change them.
Payment is made directly to the artist. WERRO does not collect, hold or refund these amounts — the policy above belongs to the artist and is copied into the contract exactly as it stood on the booking date.
