Indicative calendar — every booking is confirmed by the artist.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation by the client more than 14 days before the event: the deposit is refunded in full within 5 working days. Cancellation 14 days or less before the event: the deposit is retained as liquidated damages for blocking the date. The client owes no further amounts.
If the artist cancels for reasons other than force majeure, they refund the deposit in full and owe damages of 50% of the deposit; if they fail to show up, the damages equal the deposit. These rules are fixed in the contract and the artist cannot change them.
Payment is made directly to the artist. WERRO does not collect, hold or refund these amounts — the policy above belongs to the artist and is copied into the contract exactly as it stood on the booking date.
